I've using Yogastart about
I've been using Yogastart for about a month now, and it's been a fantastic introduction to yoga. The "Absolute Beginner" course was exactly what I neededthe instructor breaks down each pose in a way that's easy to follow without feeling overwhelmed. I love that I can do the 20-minute sessions in my living room.
The only reason it's not 5 stars is that I wish there were a few more videos focused solely on relaxation and stretching for really tough days. But overall, it's a wonderful, no-pressure platform that's genuinely helped me build a consistent habit. Highly recommend for newbies!
