Overall okay mixed experience hired
**Overall, okay, but a bit of a mixed experience.**
We hired Blackfox Digital to build a simple e-commerce site for our small boutique. The final website looks clean and functions, which is the main thing. However, the process felt a bit disjointed. Communication was sometimes slow, and we had to follow up a few times to get updates, which stretched the timeline.
The site does what we need it to do for now, and the price was fair. But for a smoother, more proactive experience, there might be better options out there. It served its purpose, but I wouldn't call it exceptional.
