Overall okay without issues hired

**Overall, it was okay, but not without its issues.** I hired Blackfox Digital for a basic website redesign. The initial design mock-up was decent and they delivered the project on time, which I appreciate. However, the communication was a bit spottysometimes I'd get quick replies, other times it took days. The final site looked good, but I've already noticed a few small bugs on mobile that I need to follow up on. It got the job done, but the experience felt a little inconsistent. For the price, I expected a slightly smoother process and more thorough testing.
