I purchased their product and realized shortly after that it wasn t the most prudent time to do so I had upcoming bills to pay and might have run into some trouble paying them I requested a refund and with no trouble or hassle Living DNA refunded my money Excellent customer service When I can afford it I ll be buying their product for sure
