Loving my Journey
I m a sixty year old female that is average active due to back disease I have been trying to build my body back up now that it is getting under control This plan has been awesome Not sure why negative reviews unless the people aren t following what they are being shown in excellent detail and video work along But it has and is working just as advertised for me I Love it and will be incorporating everything I m learning to live my best life Shame on the shamers
