Excellent Customer service
I recently had a cataract surgery and was advised to use certain eye drops which are usually not covered by Insurance However I wrote to Now Health and after further assessing the situation they approved the eye drops Thanks to everyone involved especially to Customer Service Manager Omar Sakhri for his efforts and for regularly keeping me posted on the status
