My Photo Wallet Review: A Complete Disappointment
I never imagined I would have to leave such a negative review, but here we are. I placed my first order with My Photo Wallet a year ago, and everything went well, so I thought I could trust them again. But this time, things took a turn for the worse.
I placed a new order a month before I was set to leave for the airport. I sent a perfectly visible photo, but when I received the preview, I was shocked. They made my face look incredibly dark, with barely any features visible! I immediately pointed out how terrible it looked, but they didn’t listen. They went ahead and shipped it 8 days later. When the wallet arrived, my face was completely inked out – even worse than the preview. I honestly don’t know what’s the point of gifting this to someone when it looks like a black blob.
Anyone working on this would’ve noticed how bad it looked and should’ve tried again before shipping it out. Instead, they offered me only half of my money back, but I was forced to reorder the item. And I had to explain it all over again, practically drawing it out for them!
On top of that, I paid a ridiculous amount for "fast" shipping, yet 11 days later, the wallet still hasn’t arrived. The customer service lady I’ve been emailing with seems like a robot with no real understanding of my situation. I had to repeat myself several times with no real resolution. I even tried contacting the delivery service, but no one will respond! It’s frustrating, and I’m genuinely upset by the lack of accountability and support from My Photo Wallet.
I thought I could trust them, but this experience has been absolutely shocking. I’ve seen other My Photo Wallet reviews complaints echo similar frustrations, and I’m now questioning is My Photo Wallet legit or not? It’s disappointing to feel like I’ve wasted my money and time.
