My Photo Wallet Review - Absolutely Shocking Experience
I don’t know how they could mess up this bad! My first order with this company went well a year ago, so I thought I could trust them again. However, after placing a new order a month before I had to leave for the airport, things took a turn. I sent a perfectly visible photo, but somehow they made my face in the photo extremely dark, with barely any features visible. They sent a preview, which I pointed out looked terrible, but they still went ahead and shipped it 8 days later.
When it arrived, my face was completely inked out, even worse than the preview. What’s the point of gifting this to someone when it looks like a black blob? Anyone working on this should’ve realized how horrible it looked and tried again. Instead, they offered me only half of my money back, forcing me to reorder the item. I even had to explain it again, essentially drawing it out for them.
I paid a ridiculous amount for "fast" shipping, but 11 days later, it still hasn’t arrived. The customer service lady I've been emailing is apparently a robot with no real understanding of my situation, and I've had to repeat myself over and over. My friends and family are just as baffled as I am. I tried contacting the delivery service, but no one will respond. It’s beyond frustrating, and I’m genuinely upset. I thought I could trust them to do their job, but this experience has been absolutely shocking.

Is My Photo Wallet legit or not? Based on my experience, I’m not so sure. They only offered me half of my money back and forced me to reorder the item. On top of that, I paid a ridiculous amount for fast shipping, but 11 days later, the order still hasn’t arrived.

I paid over $50 for my product, only for it to come scratched. The scratches were under the cover slips, which is incredibly frustrating! This is completely unacceptable, especially for the price I paid. The company’s customer service is terrible. They keep changing their offerings—first offering a 30% discount, then 10%, and now a 50% discount.
They don’t even follow their own website's terms and conditions, which state they offer a full refund if the product is faulty or damaged. I’m so disappointed with this purchase. I would not recommend My Photo Wallet to anyone.

I paid extra for faster processing and shipping, thinking I would get VIP service. Instead, I received total shambles. My wallet was only posted after I logged a complaint, which means instead of the already long 15-working-day delivery time, it took a full 25 days to arrive—way too late for the birthday recipient! The business didn’t even acknowledge my email; they just dispatched the goods with no apology or acknowledgment of their failure to provide the service they promised.
The picture quality was not even close to what was shown on the website—truly shocking. Do not waste your money on this company!
