My Photo Wallet Review: A Huge Disappointment
I don’t know how they could mess up this bad! My first order with this company went well a year ago, so I thought I could trust them again. However, after placing a new order a month before I had to leave for the airport, things took a terrible turn.
I sent a perfectly visible photo, but somehow they made my face in the photo extremely dark, with barely any features visible. They sent me a preview, which I pointed out looked terrible, but they still went ahead and shipped it 8 days later. When it arrived, my face was completely inked out—worse than the preview! What’s the point of gifting this to someone when it looks like a black blob? Anyone working on this should’ve realized how horrible it looked and tried again, but no. Instead, they offered me only half of my money back and forced me to reorder the item. I even had to explain the issue again, essentially drawing it out for them.
I paid a ridiculous amount for "fast" shipping, but 11 days later, it still hasn’t arrived. The customer service lady I’ve been emailing is apparently a robot with no real understanding of my situation, and I’ve had to repeat myself over and over. My friends and family are just as baffled as I am. I tried contacting the delivery service, but no one will respond. It’s beyond frustrating, and I’m genuinely upset. I thought I could trust them to do their job, but this experience has been absolutely shocking.

I really want to know if My Photo Wallet is legit, because this entire experience has made me question it. After paying over $50 for my product, it arrived scratched and in horrible condition. It’s basically unusable as a gift—appalling! The scratches were under the cover slips, and their customer service is terrible. They keep changing their offerings—first offering a 30% discount, then 10%, then 30% again, and now 50%! This is completely confusing. They don’t even follow their own website’s terms and conditions, which state that they offer a full refund if the product is faulty or damaged. So, if you’re wondering, My Photo Wallet reviews complaints like this are true.

I paid extra for faster processing and shipping, as they were offering VIP service, but that was a total shambles. The wallet was only posted after I logged a complaint. This means, instead of the already long 15 working days delivery time, it only arrived after 25 days. Way too late for the birthday recipient! The business hasn’t even acknowledged my email. They just dispatched the goods without an apology or any acknowledgment of their failure to meet their service standards. The picture quality was not even close to what was shown on the website. So, if you’re wondering is my photo wallet legit, the answer is definitely questionable.

The poor quality, awful customer service, and failure to meet basic expectations make me highly advise against ordering from them. If you're looking for a gift, don't waste your money here.
