My Photo Wallet Review: A Complete Disappointment
I honestly don’t know how they could mess up this badly. My first order with this company went well a year ago, so I thought I could trust them again. But after placing a new order a month before I had to leave for the airport, everything took a drastic turn. I sent a perfectly visible photo, but somehow, they managed to make my face look extremely dark, with barely any features visible. They sent me a preview, which I pointed out looked terrible, but they still went ahead and shipped it eight days later.
When it arrived, it was even worse—my face was completely inked out, looking like a black blob, far worse than the preview. What's the point of gifting this to someone if it looks like that? Anyone working on this product should have noticed how horrible it looked and should have tried again. Instead, they offered me only half my money back and forced me to reorder the item. I even had to explain it to them in detail, essentially drawing it out for them.
To make matters worse, I paid a ridiculous amount for "fast" shipping, but 11 days later, my order still hasn’t arrived. The customer service agent I’ve been emailing is apparently a robot with no real understanding of my situation. I've had to repeat myself countless times, and no one seems to care. My friends and family are just as baffled as I am. I even tried contacting the delivery service, but no one responded.
