Absolutely Awful – A Complete Scam!
I wish I had checked the Razys reviews before placing an order. If you're wondering, is Razys legit?—absolutely not! This was by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.
I ordered two pairs of jeans and a jacket, and honestly thought the parcel would never arrive. It took weeks, and when it finally did, the jacket was missing. The jeans? Nothing like the photos. The fit was way off, the fabric felt cheap, the stitching was horrendous, and one pair didn’t even have a proper buttonhole! The sizing was completely wrong—I ordered a size S and received something closer to a size 4.
When I reached out to customer service, they told me I could return the items to an "Asia warehouse" at my own expense. I paid $50 just for the return shipping and, six months later, I’ve still received nothing—no refund, no response, nothing. Every email I’ve sent has been ignored. I’m now $180 out of pocket with nothing to show for it.
Their refund policy is a joke, the product quality is awful, and their customer service is non-existent. Items don’t match the pictures, sizing is completely unreliable, and returns are expensive with no guarantee of reimbursement.
I've reported this company to Trading Standards for their shady and fraudulent practices. Razys is a scam. Don’t fall for it like I did.
