I ordered a thick cardigan as a Christmas present at the beginning of December. I was told it had been delivered on December 30th but it hadn’t. They use Yodel, which was a red flag. I even received a photo showing the package in a thin, outside letterbox at someone else’s address, so it’s clear the cardigan was misdelivered.
Despite several emails, the company kept insisting it had been delivered and that they couldn’t do anything. Since I can prove it was not delivered to my house, I have been advised to take this to small claims.
