DO NOT BUY FROM RAZYS – IT'S A SCAM!
I wish I had checked Razys reviews before ordering. I saw some cute jeans and a jacket on their site and placed an order for two pairs of jeans and one jacket. I thought the parcel would never arrive—it took weeks to show up. And when it finally did, the jacket was missing!
To make things worse, the jeans were completely different from the photos online. The sizing was way off (I ordered a size S, but they looked like a size 4 for toddlers), the stitching was terrible, and the fabric felt cheap and flimsy. One pair didn’t even have a buttonhole. It was like someone forgot to finish making them.
I reached out to customer service and was told I could return them to their warehouse in Asia—at my own cost. I reluctantly paid $50 for international shipping, hoping I’d at least get my money back. That was six months ago. Since then, I've been ignored completely. No refund. No replies. NOTHING.
I’m now $180 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. This company is a fraud, plain and simple. Their refund policy is a joke, their customer service is non-existent, and their products are low-quality knock-offs that look nothing like the pictures.
Still wondering, “Is Razys legit?” NO. It’s a scam. Don’t fall for the fake ads and fake Razys reviews. Their products are garbage, their sizing is completely off, and returning items will cost you more than the clothes themselves.
I will be reporting Razys to Trading Standards for fraudulent business practices. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the frustration. Stay far away from this company.
