Ortheshoe Scam – Stay Away!
I wish I had checked the Ortheshoe reviews before ordering! This company is an absolute scam. I placed an order for boots, but they never arrived. Despite sending multiple emails, I received no proper response. The tracking information is useless, and it seems like they just take your money and disappear. From what I’ve seen, I’m not the only one—many others have had the same terrible experience. Their so-called customer service is non-existent, and they refuse to process refunds. The quality of their products (if they even arrive) is reportedly cheap and poorly made. I also discovered that Ortheshoe operates under a fake UK front, but they’re actually a Chinese scam company. They trick you into believing they’re legit, only to scam you out of your money. Returning items? Forget about it! They demand you ship the items back to China at your own cost, knowing full well that you’ll either lose your package or spend more on shipping than the product itself. Do not waste your money!
Terrible Customer Service and Lies
I placed my order and immediately emailed them to cancel because I wouldn't have received the boots in time. Within a day, they lied and said the order had already been shipped. Weeks later, no boots arrived, and I have still not received a refund. These scammers are con artists! I am appalled by the lack of customer service and communication. Please, don’t bother with this company—they are a total waste of time and your hard-earned money.

I received a pair of boots that were of appalling quality. The material was thin and poorly made. They sent the wrong size, and when I contacted them within their guaranteed return time, they offered me only 5% of my payment back and told me to keep the boots. After sending multiple emails, they refused to send me any return details and demanded I send the boots back to China at my own expense. This company is a SCAM, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Stay far away!

I bought two pairs of shoes from Ortheshoe UK, and both were complete disappointments. The first pair was advertised as non-slip, but the soles were so slippery, they were dangerous. The second pair was advertised as waterproof, but after walking across dewy grass, my feet were soaked. The quality was nothing like the pictures, and because I bought them in a sale, I couldn't return them. Another total rip-off. I’ve learned my lesson and will never buy from this company again.
