Disappointing Return Process and Poor Customer Support
I ordered a pair of shoes expecting a hassle-free experience, but they weren't suitable. When I contacted customer service using the details on the website, I was told to return them to China at my own expense, even though I believed I was ordering from a UK-based company. They later offered a 30% refund, which turned out to be just 1 pound 90 pence on an item that cost 18 pounds 99 pence. The lack of proper UK customer support and the poor handling of the issue were completely unacceptable. I would advise others to be cautious before buying from this company.
