Ortheshoe Reviews – A Complete Scam!
I wish I had checked the Ortheshoe reviews before ordering! This company is an absolute scam. I placed an order for boots, but they never arrived. Despite sending multiple emails, I received no proper response. The tracking information is useless, and it seems like they just take your money and disappear. From what I’ve seen, I’m not the only one—many others have had the same terrible experience. Their so-called customer service is non-existent, and they refuse to process refunds.
The quality of their products (if they even arrive) is reportedly cheap and poorly made. I also discovered that Ortheshoe operates under a fake UK front, but they’re actually a Chinese scam company. They trick you into believing they’re legit, only to scam you out of your money. Returning items? Forget about it! They demand you ship the items back to China at your own cost, knowing full well that you’ll either lose your package or spend more on shipping than the product itself.

As soon as I placed the order, I sent them an email to cancel it, as I knew I wouldn’t receive the boots in time. But within a day, they claimed the order was already shipped, which was a complete lie. They took my money and lied about the order being sent straight away. Weeks later, I’m still waiting for my shoes, which by the sounds of it, will probably go straight in the bin. Absolute scammers, con artists—DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I contacted them within the guaranteed time for a refund, but they only offered me a 5% refund of the original price and told me to keep the boots. The second pair was advertised as waterproof, but after walking across some dewy grass, my feet were soaking wet. The fur around the collar looked fluffy in the photos, but it’s just a poorly dyed material that looks cheap in person. And because they were on sale, I can’t return them. A total rip-off.
