Ortheshoe Reviews - Terrible Experience, Avoid at All Costs!
I wish I had checked the Ortheshoe reviews before placing my order! This company is an absolute scam. I ordered a pair of boots, but they never arrived. Despite sending numerous emails, I never received any proper response. The tracking information provided was completely useless, and it seems like they just take your money and disappear. After looking at other Ortheshoe UK reviews, it's clear that I’m not alone in having this terrible experience.
Their so-called customer service is non-existent. They refuse to process refunds and ignore any attempt to resolve the issue. The quality of their products, if they even arrive, is shockingly poor—cheaply made and nothing like the photos on their website. Additionally, I discovered that Ortheshoe operates under a fake UK front, but they’re actually a Chinese scam company. They trick you into believing they’re legitimate, only to scam you out of your hard-earned money.
Returning items? Forget about it! They demand that you ship items back to China at your own cost, knowing you’ll either lose your package or spend more on shipping than the product is worth. This company is nothing but a rip-off.
Don’t bother with Ortheshoe. As soon as I placed my order, I tried to cancel it, explaining that I wouldn't have received it in time. They lied to me, saying the order had already been sent. Weeks later, I’m still waiting for my shoes, and based on other Ortheshoe scam reports, I’m likely never going to see them. The customer service is completely unhelpful, and they flat-out refuse to offer proper solutions.
Their products are nothing short of appalling. I ordered boots for winter, but it seems like by the time they arrive, it'll be summer. Not only did they send me the wrong size, but when I contacted them within the return guarantee period, they offered me a measly 5% refund and told me to keep the boots. After sending multiple emails, they refused to send me return details and demanded I return the boots to China at my own expense. Absolute scam!
