Customer Review: Absolute Scam - Avoid at All Costs
I wish I had checked the Ortheshoe reviews before placing my order! This company is a total scam. I ordered a pair of boots weeks ago, and they never arrived. Despite sending several emails, I got no proper response, and the tracking info was completely useless. It's clear they just take your money and disappear. After doing some research, I discovered that I'm not alone—many others have had the same terrible experience. From what I gathered, their customer service is nonexistent, and they refuse to issue refunds. The quality of their products, if they even arrive, is reportedly cheap and poorly made.
I was also shocked to find out that Ortheshoe operates under a fake UK front but is actually a Chinese scam company. They deceive you into thinking they’re legitimate, only to scam you out of your hard-earned money. If you want to return anything, forget it! They demand you send items back to China at your own cost, which is either a complete waste of money or the risk of losing your package entirely.
Do not waste your time or money on this company. I made the mistake of ordering, and as soon as I placed the order, I contacted them to cancel, as I wouldn’t receive the boots in time. Within a day, they claimed my order had already been sent, which was a complete lie. Weeks later, I am still waiting for my boots, and based on all the reviews I've read, they’re probably never coming.

The boots I received were of appalling quality—thin material, poorly made, and the wrong size. I contacted them within the return window for a refund, and they offered me only a small portion of my money back and told me to keep the boots.
