I strongly advise caution when dealing with Quarbuy (previously known as ZENIBAY). I ordered a stage light, paid in full, but never received the product. The order status remained unchanged, and after sending 9 emails to their customer service, I got no response—turns out their contact email is fake. This company keeps rebranding but operates the same way, ignoring customers and refusing any communication. I have involved my bank to recover the funds.
