Quarbuy Review 2025: Warning – Scam Alert, Poor Customer Service, and Non-Delivery Issues
I strongly advise caution when dealing with Quarbuy (previously known as ZENIBAY). I placed a full payment order for a stage light, but the item never arrived, and the order status remained unchanged. Despite sending 9 emails to their customer service, I received no response— their contact email appears to be fake. This company frequently changes its name but continues the same scam practices with no customer support whatsoever. I have since asked my bank to investigate and recover my payment. Based on my experience and many similar reports, Quarbuy is not trustworthy. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this site entirely.
