Beware of Quarbuy: Customer Experiences Highlight Serious Delivery and Support Issues

I ordered a stage light from Quarbuy (previously known as ZENIBAY), paid in full, but never received my item. The order status never updated, and despite sending multiple emails—9 to their so-called customer service—I received no response. Their contact email appears to be fake, and they completely ignore customer inquiries. This company seems to keep changing names but operates with the same people and practices, resulting in repeated scams. I have now involved my bank to investigate and recover my money. Based on my experience and many others, I strongly advise staying far away from Quarbuy to avoid losing your money. Reliable customer service and transparency are critical, and Quarbuy clearly fails in these areas.
