Beware of Quarbuy: A Detailed Warning About Scam Practices and Poor Customer Service

I want to share my personal experience with Quarbuy (previously known as ZENIBAY) to help others avoid potential fraud. I placed a full payment order for a stage light, but my item never arrived. Throughout the process, the order status was never updated. Despite sending 9 emails to their listed customer service address, I received no response — in fact, their contact email appears to be fake.

This company has repeatedly changed its name but continues the same dishonest practices with zero customer support. Because of this, I have requested my bank to open an investigation to recover my money. If you’re considering buying from Quarbuy, please be cautious and avoid wasting your money. The lack of transparency and responsiveness strongly indicates a scam.
