Quarbuy Scam Warning: Beware of Non-Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I want to share my experience with Quarbuy (formerly known as ZENIBAY) to help others avoid the same issue. I ordered a stage light and paid in full, but the item never arrived. The order status remained unchanged, and despite sending 9 emails to their customer service, I received no response. Their contact email appears to be fake or inactive. It’s very frustrating that this company has changed names but continues the same pattern of ignoring customers and not delivering products. I’ve had to involve my bank to try to recover my payment. If you’re considering buying from Quarbuy, please be cautious—this appears to be a recurring scam with poor communication and no accountability. Stay safe and protect your money.
