I initially trusted My Photo Wallet after a successful first order about a year ago, but my recent experience has seriously shaken that trust. Despite sending a clear, high-quality photo for my new order, the preview they sent was disappointing — my face appeared unnaturally dark with almost no visible features. I flagged this immediately, but they still shipped the product 8 days later. When it finally arrived, the photo quality was even worse, essentially looking like a black blob. This completely ruined the intended gift value.

Customer service was equally frustrating. Responses felt robotic and unhelpful, forcing me to repeat my concerns multiple times without a meaningful resolution. They only offered a partial refund and made me reorder the wallet, despite the poor quality issue being clearly on their end.
