Travelfrom Reviews – Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Support

I booked a flight through Travelfrom, and my experience was extremely frustrating. Despite paying for my ticket and receiving confirmation of payment, I never received the electronic ticket. I tried contacting their support via email, phone, and chat multiple times, but received no response. My travel plans were disrupted, and I had to spend additional money arranging alternative flights.

Travelfrom’s handling of bookings is slow and unreliable, and their customer service is virtually non-existent. Other travel platforms issue tickets immediately, but Travelfrom blocks your money without providing the service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Travelfrom to anyone.

This is consistent with other Travelfrom reviews I’ve seen, highlighting repeated issues such as cancellations without notice, unhelpful support, and unexpected charges for luggage and online check-in. If you value a smooth and dependable travel booking, it’s safer to avoid this platform.
