I booked multiple flights through Travelfrom, but my experience was extremely disappointing. In one case, my payment was confirmed, but I never received an electronic ticket, which left me stranded and forced to buy last-minute alternatives at a higher cost. Repeated attempts to contact their support via email, phone, and chat were ignored, even after multiple follow-ups. Another flight was canceled after I paid, causing me to rearrange hotels and connections, with no timely refund or assistance. Overall, Travelfrom shows a pattern of delayed communication, unreliable bookings, and poor customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform for travel arrangements.
