Tenereteam Reviews — My Experience: Unauthorized Listings, Broken Coupon Codes & Unresponsive Support

I’m posting this as part of my Tenereteam Reviews because other formats of feedback didn’t work — I want to share what I experienced so others can decide for themselves.

Short summary: Tenere Team listed my business (and other businesses I’ve seen) on their site without permission, displayed customer names and reviews that don’t match my records, and published coupon codes that fail when tested. I also tried to leave an honest, critical review about a vendor listed on their site (OpenTools.ai) and found that only positive reviews were retained while mine was not published. Repeated requests for removal and clarification went unanswered.
