Icrack Reviews – Beware of Poor Service and Substandard Repairs

I visited iCrack for a screen replacement on my iPhone, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff quoted me a price for a “genuine” screen, but the repair took several days with repeated delays, and the screen they installed was not genuine. The fingerprint sensor stopped working, and other issues appeared after the repair. Attempts to get a discount or proper resolution were ignored, and the manager was unhelpful and dismissive.

From my experience and after reading multiple reviews online, it seems iCrack frequently uses cheap replacement parts and provides slow, inconsistent service. Customers have reported similar issues with screens, phones, and accessories, with some even requiring additional repairs at other shops.
