I recently visited Icrack for a screen replacement, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff quoted me for a “genuine” screen, but after waiting over an hour, I was told it was the wrong variation. After multiple returns, delays, and excuses, the replacement finally went in—but the screen was still faulty, and my fingerprint sensor no longer works.

Additionally, I noticed that some components from my original phone were removed or reused, and the overall service felt rushed and unprofessional. Attempts to get a discount or proper explanation were refused, and communication was poor.

Based on my experience and many similar reviews online, I cannot recommend Icrack. Customers should exercise caution, verify replacement parts, and consider alternative certified repair services to avoid costly mistakes or potential damage to their devices.
