I ordered a Halloween onesie from Onesiebuy and paid extra for priority shipping, but my experience was extremely frustrating. I never received a proper tracking update, and the number they provided never showed any scans. Emails to customer service were often ignored or answered with generic responses that didn’t address my questions. When I tried to cancel or request a refund, they ghosted me entirely. The costume finally arrived weeks later, but shipping cost nearly as much as the item, and the quality wasn’t as expected.
