Order Never Delivered and Fraudulent Tracking Information

I ordered an item that was never delivered. Initially, I could not track the shipment, but I later found tracking details through the website and assumed everything was fine. After reviewing the shipping route, I contacted multiple carriers, all of whom confirmed that the route shown was not legitimate for their services.

After I opened a claim, the company provided a USPS tracking number. USPS confirmed that the tracking was counterfeit and invalid. Despite this, the company refused to issue a refund and only repeated the same fraudulent tracking information. I have since opened a full dispute with PayPal.

There were numerous red flags throughout this process. The merchant name on the purchase did not match the company name, the email address used was not a legitimate business email, and customer support was unhelpful. I regret not researching this company beforehand.

Update: USPS has officially seized the package and stopped shipment due to fraudulent postage.
