I ordered a Halloween onesie from Onesiebuy and paid extra for priority shipping, expecting delivery in 3-5 days. I never received a valid tracking number, and my emails to customer service went largely unanswered. When I did get a tracking number, it showed no updates for over a week. Shipping alone cost $24, and the costume arrived damaged, with colors bleeding and imprints on the fabric. Calling the listed phone number led nowhere, and requesting a refund or cancellation was impossible. Overall, my $100 order experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
