Onesiebuy Reviews – Honest Customer Experience and Caution

I ordered a onesie from Onesiebuy in early October, paying extra for priority shipping to receive it for an event. Weeks passed with no tracking updates, and when I contacted customer service, they provided a tracking number that never showed any scans. Emails went unanswered, and canceling or getting a refund became impossible. Eventually, the package arrived damaged, with colors bleeding and parts of the costume stained. Phone support is unresponsive. While I did eventually get a response after posting a review elsewhere, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Based on this, I cannot recommend Onesiebuy.
