Decent Selection But Packaging Could Be Better

I purchased several collectible items from Darkpick last month and had a mixed experience overall. The product variety is excellent—they have a wide range of novelty merchandise that's hard to find elsewhere. The prices are reasonable and competitive compared to other retailers. However, my main complaint is about the packaging. The items arrived in a basic cardboard box with minimal protective padding, and one of my figurines arrived with a cracked corner. The customer service team did respond to my complaint, but took nearly two weeks to resolve the issue. They eventually offered a partial refund without requiring a return. The website is easy to navigate and checkout was straightforward. Shipping took about five days, which is acceptable. If Darkpick improved their packaging standards and response time, they would definitely earn a five-star rating. For collectors who don't mind slight quality control inconsistencies, this is a decent option. I would recommend them cautiously to others in the collectibles community.
