Bought a desk accessory set and an LED strip here. Prices undercut mainstream retailers noticeably and shipping hit within a week, so no complaints on value. Quality control is the weak point: the LED controller arrived dead, refusing to power on at all. To their credit they shipped a replacement without demanding return of the faulty unit, but that replacement took eighteen days to arrive with zero communication between my claim and dispatch. Products fine once working, support functional but slow. Acceptable budget option with caveats.
