Platform Works But Lacks Safety Features and Support

I used Skokka for a few months to connect with service providers in my area. The platform itself is straightforward and the search functionality is decent—you can easily filter by location and type of service. However, there are several significant concerns that prevent me from rating this higher. The lack of verified user profiles means you never know if you're communicating with legitimate providers or potentially problematic individuals. There's minimal security verification and no clear reporting system for suspicious activity. Customer support is virtually nonexistent—my attempts to report a concerning contact went unanswered for weeks. The messaging system is basic and doesn't offer privacy protections that some competitors provide. Additionally, I felt uncomfortable with how much personal information is displayed on profiles without clear privacy controls. While the platform has potential, it needs serious improvements in user safety, verification processes, and customer service before I would confidently recommend it to others. These are critical concerns when operating in the service industry.
