Decent Clothes but Sizing Issues

I ordered several items from Urbenie last month and had a mixed experience. The clothing quality itself is decent - the fabrics feel nice and the designs are trendy. I purchased three shirts and one pair of trousers, and the stitching appears solid. However, my main frustration is with the sizing. Despite following the size chart carefully, two items arrived too small and didn't fit properly. Customer service was slow to respond to my size exchange request, taking nearly two weeks to reply. I eventually managed to exchange one item, but by then I had already missed the wear season. The prices are reasonable compared to similar retailers, but the inventory issues made shopping less convenient. The website could use better filtering options for finding specific styles. Return shipping is not free, which adds to the cost if you need to exchange items. On a positive note, packaging was good and items arrived in perfect condition. I would have appreciated better customer communication and more accurate size guidance. For a men's fashion retailer, they have potential but need to improve their sizing accuracy and customer service response time. I might give them another chance if they address these issues, but for now I'll explore other options.
