The agent handling us was responsive and realistic about pricing from the first valuation, none of the inflate-to-win-listing games competitors played, and viewings were organised efficiently around our schedules. Where they fell short: professional photos needed reshooting after we flagged poor lighting, and the legal pack coordination with solicitors stalled twice requiring our intervention to unblock. Completed in eleven weeks overall, reasonable for the market. Decent local option, stay proactive during conveyancing though.
