Products Look Better Online Than In Person

I ordered some lighting and home decor items from Ventayo based on their beautiful product photos. Unfortunately, the reality was quite disappointing compared to the polished images on their website. The lamps arrived with visible wear marks on the finishes, and the colors weren't as vibrant as shown online.

The main issue was with the glowing effects advertised for their lighting products - they were significantly dimmer than expected. The product descriptions overstated the brightness levels and ambiance quality. Several pieces felt cheaply constructed despite the premium pricing, with loose joints and unstable bases on some items.

Shipping took longer than promised, and when I reported damage to one item, customer service was dismissive and unwilling to help. The refund process was complicated with unclear instructions, and I ultimately decided not to pursue a replacement given the poor quality.

The website and marketing are excellent, which is why so many people are fooled into ordering. But the actual products don't match the online presentation. Ventayo needs to either improve their product quality significantly or provide more accurate product photography and descriptions. I'd suggest avoiding this retailer unless they make substantial improvements.
