Really easy site to use. I ordered my birth cert without any trouble, and the whole process was quick and clear.I also put in a request for a death cert recently. It’s still being worked on, but they’ve been good about keeping me posted and explaining what happens next. That’s been a big help and made the process feel a lot easier.
