Overall, the process was simple, quick, and far less frustrating than I expected.
I needed to get a certified copy of my birth certificate from Montana, and I was dreading having to work out the process through the state websites. Using this service made everything much more straightforward. The steps were clearly explained, I knew what information I needed to provide, and I could ask customer service whenever something wasn’t clear. It does cost more than requesting the certificate directly, but for me the extra help and convenience made it worth it.
