Fair play for looking into an old claim
I received a letter out of the blue saying a claim I made back in 2021 had been reviewed and I was owed some money back. I had completely forgotten about it. Checked the figures and they were correct. Money was in my account within a week. Not many companies would bother looking at something that old, so credit where it is due.
