Picked up the same day

Dropped my Golf off in the morning and got a call before lunch saying it was ready. They showed me the old part and wrote down what was done, which I appreciated. Bill came in under what they quoted.

Positive Experience same-day service transparent communication old part shown under-quote billing quick turnaround

I received a letter out of the blue saying a claim I made back in 2021 had been reviewed and I was owed some money back. I had completely forgotten about it. Checked the figures and they were correct. Money was in my account within a week. Not many companies would bother looking at something that old, so credit where it is due.

Positive Experience proactive claim review correct refund fast payment good customer service trustworthy
