Refund promised, nothing arrived
return got delivered two weeks ago and my money still hasn't come back. I have sent two emails and tried the chat, mostly getting the same scripted reply each time. The bag looked okay when I opened it, no issues with the product itself. I just want the refund processed already. Escalating it further if nothing changes this week.
