I experienced a mishap while I was ordering from Carl Friedrik I sent an email hoping for it to be fixed before the product was shipped Their team was very professional and responsive to my email All of my emails were responded to in a timely manner I am was very appreciative of the lengths that they went to help me with my purchase They were able to fix the problem before the product was shipped and I m very elated about that I will definitely be ordering from Carl Friedrik again in the future
