Overall okay communication struggle hired

**Overall, okay, but communication was a bit of a struggle.**

We hired Blackfox Digital for a website redesign. The final design they delivered was clean and functional, which is why Im giving three stars. It does the job.

However, the process felt disjointed. There were periods where we had to follow up multiple times for updates, and some of our feedback took a while to be implemented. It felt like things got lost in translation occasionally. For the price, I expected a smoother, more responsive experience. The site works, but getting there was more stressful than it needed to be.
