Seemingly institutionally inept
Failed to act upon and or follow up upon a bereavement instruction in 2009 failed to execute a repetition of said instruction in 2019 effectively prevaricated for a further 4 years still battling with them following a second bereavement where despite clear unequivocable instruction concerning method of payment they have chosen to issue cheques payable to the estate of the first deceased In my experience Aviva Investors are simply the worst most inept organisation that I have had the displeasure of having to deal with repeatedly adding angst to the emotional injury of bereavement
