Not a great experience
I was happy with the will provided but it took a lot longer than 10 working days and there was no communication to let me know where things were in the process This delay seemed to be down to a technical glitch when I logged in to try and check the status of my will - I was told the technical team would follow up on what had caused the problem but I never heard anything further
