Process was simple but took double their timescales say it should

Creating an online account answering the questions was easy as my Will is simple Once submitted the company state 10 working days for the Will to be checked returned At the end of the 10th working day I did get a reply but it wasn t the Will - it was an email asking if I had completed the online sections correctly which I had Had to send an email to confirm this resubmit the Will - to be sure it would be received After another 10 working days without any communication I had to chase up the Will Used Webchat got no answer for several hours so had to prompt to get someone to reply After about another 30 minutes waiting the Will was released into my account No explanation as to why there was such a delay The process should be excellent for a simple Will it would have been if they had followed their own timescales Waiting 20 working days without any feedback or communication was very annoying
