Dreadful company takes forever to get

Dreadful company takes forever to get back to you then just washes there hands with you complaint I used there oven cleaner it some how without me noticing leak onto my granite work top stripping it I have tried to come to an arrangement with the company as I m really upset only had the kitchen for 3 years so wasn t looking at replacing anything yet They sent me a letter saying they where compensating me with 50 but only sent a cheque for 30 so they can t even get that right

Masterplast my Foot - dont hope to use these in a hurry or when you actually need them

The Masterplast invisible aqua plasters what a joke What idiot designed the packaging Opening the plasters is so difficult used scissors cut 3 sides still wouldn t open used the wife couldn t get nails in used a nail file and finally manged to get to the plaster SO my thought - buy these allocate 3 hours that gives you 7 5 minutes per plaster might just get it done open all the plasters to avoid the stress in an emergency as you wont get them open then in under 10 minutes dispose of all the waste then dispose of the plasters as now they are open they are dirty Useless packaging means this product is a waste of money if you have them in your cupboard go and buy another pack of plasters by another company you will thank me for it Directions for use i would love to be able to use them

Bought the new oven cleaning kit Elbow Grease which has ruined my 20 year old cooker inside paint all peeled although you can use inside the oven according to the instructions and gas silver burners completely stripped and no good poor company response apparently this kit is only for the racks out of your oven although it doesn t state this any where on the package please be careful would not recommend this product

Erasable pens that don t work

I bought a pack of 2 pens that were supposed to erase ink Not only did they not erase they were only half full They were gel pens and the gel got used up really quickly They lasted a week Useless both as eraser pens and ordinary pens

Bought two lots of oven cleaner

Bought two lots of oven cleaner I used one and stored the other Came to use the second lot and found that the bag designed to hold the oven trays was missing Contacted 151 from the details on the box They promised to send a bag as using this chemical without the proper bag could be dangerous They never sent it I tried 3 times They don t seem to care that they put customers in danger A little useless if you ask me

Chalk spray paint

Chalk spray paint worse than useless I purchased 2 tins to cover a flower pot the paint went on good covered well BUT when dry it just fell off all that was left was a pile of chalky dust what was left on the pot I could just blow off not good

Tried to get in touch with them to deal with them directly as I ve been selling their products for a while and the suppliers I use can never readily supply the product lines I need After getting in touch with them they stated that I need to own a a brick and mortar store to deal with them They said that a storage facility would not suffice When I asked them why they ignored me and stopped answering my messages Very disappointing customer service Other manufacturers on the same level have no issue with supplying online businesses and they certainly do not ignore messages from customers

Bought 2 cans of 151coatings gloss black non drip covers like tar stinks but the kicker my chest closed up and I was wheezing I was outside painting so ventilation not a problem but jeez it made me feel ill DO NOT BUY I have thrown the cans away It smells like petrol as its drying and non drip pah
